Cat sketches: Carwash

Some are clearly better than others. These are all done from life, the time scale varies from a few seconds to a few mins and sometimes I just make up the rest. Cat's are excellent subject matter but a bit like running up hill; It never get's any easier!!

Common plot cow sketches.

A bit of an SEO experiment. I keep reading on my stats, that generally speaking people are searching for cow sketches and getting my website. Maybe Americans will get my site as well if I said these cow's were grass fed (they very much are). These lot aren't easy to draw and I keep forgetting this but they're great fun and quite cute.

Near Jooles in stone sketch

Must make more time to paint, must make more time to sketch. The rain hasn't helped and other work duties come first but today there was no rain!

Common plot oils

It's been a while so I thought I'd go back to basics. It also seems as and when I ever get free time it rains and is otherwise sunny when I'm at work.

What was I trying to achieve here? Well my goal was to focus more on tone and create a rolling feel with the hills and valley's. The photo here isn't great I might re-sample as the sky looks too white. But I'm otherwise happy with the sky.

I'm finally getting some time to draw and paint again. Lately I've been up to my eye balls with web work which is great and I'm not complaining however I have noticed the lack of out put in this area. More to follow...
